 Payment Information

Tuition may be paid in full, over a 9 month or 12 month payment schedule.  Twelve

month tuition begins June of the upcoming school year.  Each family is required to sign a

contract that reflects their payment commitment. All checks should be made out to

TWEA (Tucson Waldorf Education Association). Payments can be made by check,

credit and debit cards.  Automatic payments can be arranged.

Early Childhood Extended Day Contract

You may contact the Presidio Office at 325-5514 for more information regarding

Extended Day contracts for the Early Childhood Program. Please follow the link above

for details on our Early Childhood Extended Care Program. Before-care is

available from 7:45-8:30am at the Presidio Campus and from 8:00 to 8:30am at the

River Bend Campus. After-care is offered until 5:00pm Monday through Friday at

both campuses. Please see link above for Early Childhood fee structure. The Grades

after-care fee is $5.50 per hour and is assessed by the 1/4 hour from the time of

dismissal until pick-up At this time there is no charge for Grades before-care at either

campus.  Late pick-up fee is $1. per minute. Please note, there is no childcare during

school holidays or when school is not in session.
 Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance is based on total family income, and is only available for

Grades and 5-day Kindergarten programs (Kindergarten children must be in their 

last year of Kindergarten, the ‘true’ Kindergarten year). Applications are made online

through TADs at www.mytads.com.  Because Awards are reviewed annually, you must

re-apply every year.  We also accept Department of Economic Security (DES) funding

for the early childhood program.  It is our goal to make Waldorf Education available to all

children. Sibling Discount

Tuition: We offer a sibling discount of 10% for the second child enrolled in our school.

This discount increases to 30% for the third child and any additional children. 

Aftercare: For families with multiple children, the hourly rate is discounted to $4.00 for

each child.

The non-refundable materials fee pays for supplies directly associated with your

Complete the enrollment form and return to the office, along with the non-refundable

application fee. Applications will be evaluated on a first come first served basis.  We will

notify you of acceptance for the following school year by mid March, and sooner if

possible. 

Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment   

to begin the application process. Grades applicants will generally be invited to do a 3 to

5-day visit in the classroom before an admission decision is made.
 

After an admission decision has been made by the faculty, the Administration will meet

with you to review your financial obligations.  You will be asked to sign a contract with

the school and complete the necessary releases and forms.  These documents must be in

order before the child can attend school.
