Please note: the 2-Day Program is offered for Nursery Classes only. Grades: Annually Paid over 9 months Paid over 12 months Grade 1-2 (8:30-2:00) $7790 $865 $650 Grades 3-8 (8:30-3:00) $7930 $885 $670 Payment Information Tuition may be paid in full, over a 9 month or 12 month payment schedule. Twelve month tuition begins June of the
upcoming school year. Each family is
required to sign a contract that reflects their payment commitment. All checks
should be made out to TWEA (Tucson Waldorf Education Association). Payments can
be made by check, credit and debit cards.
Automatic payments can be arranged. Extended Care Before-care is available from 7:45- 8:30. After-care is offered until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The fee is $5.00 per hour and is assessed by the ¼ hour from the time of dismissal until pick-up. A sibling discount will be offered (see
below). A $15 materials fee will be
charged for each student enrolled in aftercare. Early Childhood Lunch Early childhood lunch is from 12:30 to 1:00 and is billed at the aftercare rate
(Sibling discount applies). Tuition Assistance Tuition
assistance is based on total family income, and is only available for Grades
and 5-day Kindergarten programs (Kindergarten children must be in their last year of Kindergarten, the ‘true’ Kindergarten year). Applications are available in the office. Because awards are reviewed annually, you must re-apply every year. We also accept Department of Economic
Security (DES) funding for the early childhood program. It is our goal to make Waldorf Education
available to all children. Sibling Discount Tuition: We offer a sibling discount of 10% for the second
child enrolled in our school. This discount increases to 30% for the third
child and any additional children. Aftercare: For families with multiple children, the hourly rate
is discounted to $4.00 for each child.
Non-Refundable Fees New Student Application Fee (per family) The non-refundable fee of $100 per family will be paid
at the time of application. Re-enrollment Application Fee (per
family) The non-refundable fee of $100 per family will be paid
at the time of application. The fee is reduced to $50 per family during
re-enrollment from February 2 to February 23, 2010. Materials Fee (per student, due by the
first day of school) The materials fee pays for supplies directly
associated with your child’s educational experience. 2 Day Nursery $145 Grades 1-4 $325 3 Day Nursery /Kindergarten $205 Grades
5-8 $375 5 Day Nursery/Kindergarten $325 Building Fee (per family, due by the
first day of school) The building fee of $250 per family
pays for site development and maintenance.

Council section in handbook. NEW STUDENTS Complete
the enrollment form and return to the office, along with the non-refundable application fee. Applications will be evaluated on a first come first served basis. We will notify you of acceptance for the following school year by mid March, and sooner if possible. Upon
receipt of your application, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment
for an interview with a class teacher and begin the application process. This interview is an opportunity for parent
and teacher to exchange pertinent information about our school and your
child. Please make every effort for all
parents to attend. As this first meeting is only for parents, please arrange for childcare. The teacher will schedule a n additional
appointment to meet your child. After
an admission decision has been made by the faculty, the Administration will meet with you to review your financial obligations.
You will be asked to sign a contract with the school and complete the
necessary releases and forms. These
