Monyka Salazar
(Spanish Teacher)
Monyka Salazar is our Spanish teacher. A native from México, Señora Salazar, as the children are encouraged to call her, is a technician in water pollution and an oceanographer. Monyka wishes she had the opportunity, as a child, to be a Waldorf student. Her son is living her dream and enjoying Mrs. Braun's class. Prior to moving to Tucson, Monyka was the Spanish teacher at The Redmont School in Birmingham, Alabama for four years. Besides crafts, Monyka loves mysteries, scuba diving, and dreams of obtaining her PhD in Archaeology from the University of Arizona.
