Tuition may be paid in full, or over a 9 month or 12 month payment schedule. Each family will be asked to sign a contract that reflects their payment agreement.
Aftercare
After care is offered until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The fee is $5.00 per hour and assessed by the 1/4 hour from the time of dismissal until pick-up. A sibling discount will be offered (see below). A $15 materials fee will be charged for each student enrolled in aftercare.
 Tuition Assistance
About 25% of our families receive tuition assistance of just over 45% on average. Tuition assistance is based on financial need and availability of funds, and is available for 5-day programs only. We accept Department of Economic Security (DES) funding for Early Childhood programs. Requests for tuition assistance must be made at the time of application, and in the case of returning students, renewed each spring. Applications are available in the office.The tuition assistance application deadline is April 16th.
Sibling Discount
Tuition: We offer a sibling discount of 10% for the second child enrolled in our school. This discount increases to 30% for the third child.
Aftercare: We offer a sibling discount of 50% for multiple children using aftercare on the same day.

New Student Application Fee (per family)
The non-refundable application fee of $75 per family will be paid at the time of application.
Re-enrollment Fee (per family)
The non-refundable re-enrollment fee of $100 per family will be paid at the time of application. Early bird special to those who re-enroll before February 20th is $50 per family.
PTO Fee (per family)

Building Fee (per family)
The building fee of $250 per family pays for site development and maintenance.
NEW STUDENTS
Complete the enrollment form and return to the office, along with the non-refundable application fee. Checks should be made payable to TWEA (Tucson Waldorf Education Association). Applications will be evaluated on a first come first served basis. We will notify you of acceptance for the following school year by mid March, and sooner if possible.
Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment for an interview with a class teacher. This interview is an opportunity for parent and teacher to exchange pertinent information about our school and your child. Please make every effort for all parents to attend. As this first meeting is only for parents, please arrange for childcare. The teacher will schedule an additional appointment to meet your child.
The Administration will contact you to review your financial obligations. You will be asked to sign a contract with the school and complete the necessary releases and forms. These documents must be in order before the child can attend school.
